New Delhi: Fifty-five constituencies spread across nine districts of Uttar Pradesh are voting today, amid an increasingly shrill, polarised campaign. Polling is also being held in two other BJP-ruled states, Goa and Uttarakhand.
Till 9 am, the average polling across the 55 seats in UP was 9.45 per cent. Uttarakhand and Goa saw 5.15 per cent and 11.04 per cent polling, respectively.
